List of the most important commands to be used by Asterisk client.
How to start the client
he classic method to start the client asterisk is as follows:
asterisk -r
If you want more details on the operations that are performed by the software, start increased verbosity, as in this example:
asterisk -vvvgcr
Once the client has been started, you can run a large number of commands, these are the simplest.

Start Debugging
Asterisk*CLI>set verbose 255
Stop Debugging
Asterisk*CLI>set verbose 0
Start debugging on a particular IP
Asterisk*CLI>set debug ip sip.vira.it
Show SIP status
Asterisk*CLI>sip show registry
Show the list and the status of peers
Asterisk*CLI>sip show peers
Show information about selected peer

Show selected peer debugging
