New free Sitemap Generator released today from IceLab

It was released today the first BETA version of the IceLab Sitemap Generator software, a unique tool used by any webmaster who want a complete indexing for his website.

Features

• complete sitemap management for registered users, which includes logs and statistics

• ability to manage from 1 to 30 sitemaps as specified in the table of privileges

• sitemap generation for unregistered users

• customization of the following parameters: priority, changefreq and lastmod

• up to 4 different levels of scanning of the website, for a more thorough indexing compared to traditional tools available online

• sitemap reporting, through a common ping, to 5 different search engines

• implementation of the standard protocol 0.9, the last to be released from the official site

• download of the sitemaps with the name chosen, so they are immediately ready to upload with FTP

Restrictions

• maximum size of 10MB for every sitemap, as specified by the protocol

• maximum number of 50.000 URLs for every sitemap, as specified by the protocol
